Every stage runs on one platform, from credentialing through closing and reporting.

  2. Credentials

    Credentials are issued after operator review, and the platform NDA is signed on credentialing.

  3. The marketplace

    Each opportunity is reviewed before it reaches members.

  4. NDA and indication

    A deal NDA is signed before a non-binding indication of interest, subject to operator approval.

  5. The data room

    A verified indication unlocks the data room, its watermarked documents and Q&A.

  6. Closing and reporting
